Refunds & Returns Policy for Munkai Pianos

1. Return Conditions

  • Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and with all original parts and accessories. The product must also be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • As-Is Sales: Products sold “as-is” or marked as final sale cannot be returned.
  • Custom Orders: Customized or personalized pianos are not eligible for return unless there are defects in materials or workmanship.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at pianobennie@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Shipping: You will need to send the product to: Ang Mo Kio Techplace 1, Singapore. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: Use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Restocking Fee

  • Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returned items that are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Exchanges
